2. Les 7 regles d'or pour presenter ses KPI

  1. Commencez par le headline. "The headline is: we overachieved revenue by 12%."
  2. Utilisez up / down / flat. "Revenue is up 12%, costs are flat, margin is up 3 points."
  3. Preferez les acronymes temporels. YoY, QoQ, MoM sont plus rapides et professionnels.
  4. Racontez une histoire. "So what?" et "Now what?" apres chaque chiffre.
  5. Soyez factuel. "The data shows..." plutot que "I think...".
  6. Nommez les ecarts. "We're trailing target by 5 points" / "We overachieved by 8%".
  7. Concluez par 3 actions. "Our next steps are: A, B, C."

4. Exercice : traduisez ces phrases

1. "Notre chiffre d'affaires a progresse de 15% en glissement annuel."
Revenue is up 15% year-over-year.

2. "Nous sommes en retrait de 5 points par rapport a l'objectif."
We're trailing target by 5 points.

3. "Le bottom line est que nous devons reduire les couts."
The bottom line is, we need to cut costs.

4. "Reprenons cela lors de notre prochain one-on-one."
